I am an educational project manager with experience in customized learning projects supported by change management methodologies to ensure that training and learning culture are aligned with the company’s strategic indicators. My research focus is on learning and workplace health, with a phenomenological-existential approach as the theoretical foundation. I contribute to research with skills and competencies spanning both academia and industry, including: phenomenological method, existential phenomenology (Heidegger, Merleau-Ponty, and Hannah Arendt), behavioral psychology, epistemology (Bachelard), in-depth interviews, focus groups, A/B testing, data analysis, programming (C, Python, VBA, and JavaScript), data analysis (PowerBI and SQL), user experience (empathy maps, personas, and journey mapping), agile gamification, design thinking (and its application to strategy using IDEO methodology), design sprints, agile methodologies (triple track agile, lean, scrum), organizational design (Holacracy and O2), process design (BPM), futures studies (foresight and scenario building), change management (stakeholder mapping, change readiness surveys, and risk analysis), active learning methodologies (team-based learning, peer learning, problem/project-based learning), facilitation (Liberating Structures), learning experience design (Kaospilot learning arcs, backcasting, and 6Ds), self-directed learning, community learning, and informal learning.
